LOVE LOVE Mexican food. Grew up on it. Today I stopped in to try the food as it showed grand opening. I’ve NEVER had enchiladas like this. Had a taste like they used the whole container of power and no taste of pork or anything in the sauce. The rice came out partial white as if it was covered lastly with tomato sauce.
