Trick or Treat? Ours was NOT a treat! Cafeteria-style dining. Porterhouse steak was described as 1-1/2” thick and was at best 5/8” thick, fillet steak was 1/2” thick, over salted and cold. Maybe you should go all the way with cafeteria-style and have patrons stand in line while food is cooked and then the food will be warm when ready to eat.
