We had 1st class service and want to thank Claude the manager especially for looking after us so well. We had a beautiful room overlooking the waterfall. We arrived early in the season and the restaurant wasn't open. The room was quiet, clean and next to the lift. My only beef is that they did not cater for gluten-free diet. View all feedback.

This hotel is in need of some care. The wifi doesn't work. There is no reception and check in is at another hotel nearby as is the breakfast. Never been to a hotel where you have to go to another hotel breakfast especially as it was very basic breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless some improvements are made. View all feedback.
