What User likes about Hotel Jungfrau:
We had 1st class service and want to thank Claude the manager especially for looking after us so well. We had a beautiful room overlooking the waterfall. We arrived early in the season and the restaurant wasn't open. The room was quiet, clean and next to the lift. My only beef is that they did not cater for gluten-free diet. read more.

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat and drink in pleasant weather.

This hotel is in need of some care. The wifi doesn't work. There is no reception and check in is at another hotel nearby as is the breakfast. Never been to a hotel where you have to go to another hotel breakfast especially as it was very basic breakfast. Wouldn't recommend this hotel unless some improvements are made. read more.

"Our lunch in cafe 3692 was one of the best meals I had in the Swiss. it is about fifteen minutes to walk from the main bar up, but the reward is a wonderful location with an amazing view, and rest and rest! the cafe...es itself is very stylish in Swiss style, and there is a choice of eating inside or outside. the food itself was excellent. the salat was not only a simple salad of interesting ingredients and wonderful taste. the main course, a beef-casrole, was also good together with beautiful vegetables and again really nice."

"This was our best meal in Murren. I will admit we were a little confused upon arrival and unsure if it was self seating or wait to be seated. There were two women working that didn’t acknowledge us and we were thinking about leaving but so glad we stayed! After our initial hiccup, everything was perfect. The meal was delicious and service was great. Do not miss the sausage with onion gravy and spatzel, YUM! My husband had the burger and was also very happy. Be sure to check this place out!"
