1- No here is your total; or please move to the next window. You have to guess they understood it right. 2- no courtesy or recognition of employees on the window. They took my card from my hand, accused me and gave it back to close the window and be with her day. 3- the chicken we got was old and hard and hardly warm, as if it were fried before and sat in a warmer for white some time. I'll never get back to this place because of the experience I had this morning.
