We had booked up in a different Restaurant 2 weeks previously to arrive and be told they had no record of r booking …. When I order a roast...I want sweet, dark, roasted carrots, parsnips and crisp roasties coated in meat juices from the roasting tray. I want stuffing and maybe some kale sautéed in garlic butter with fresh ground pepper and most importantly some nice browned roasted meat with herbs.
