Yes, this is in a food court at a mall, but don't let that discourage you. The XLBs still come in a bamboo steamer! The dumplings had delicious soup, none of them fell apart, and the dumpling skin was the perfect thickness (medium-thin). R H Chinese Food is one of the very few Chinese food outlets that create their own food on site. I ordered noodles in spicy peanut sauce which I found very tasty and refreshing, the best part is that it was less than $6.00.
