The strawberry shake was good and the staff was polite. Unfortunately those are the only compliments I can give Lotaburger. I was charged for a large fry that I didn't receive (my fault, should've checked before I left) and the burger was thin and lukewarm without much flavor at all. As an out-of-towner I was excited to see a small, walk-up burger joint, but sadly I was very disappointed. View all feedback.
