The burger was very good and no real complaints, other than the meat needed a bit more flavor. It probably just needed salt. Hey I'd eat it again in a heartbeat. Minus star for non working fryer, which then made half the menu inaccessible. View all feedback.

The strawberry shake was good and the staff was polite. Unfortunately those are the only compliments I can give Lotaburger. I was charged for a large fry that I didn't receive (my fault, should've checked before I left) and the burger was thin and lukewarm without much flavor at all. As an out-of-towner I was excited to see a small, walk-up burger joint, but sadly I was very disappointed. View all feedback.

"I’m local to Santa Fe and have always enjoyed Anasazi. Today, however, the staff was...I don’t know...distracted?We were seated quickly and brought water and coffee, but it all went downhill from there. We had to as twice for someone to take our order, we never figured out who our server was supposed to be, we had to ask every time for coffee to be refilled, the order, when it finally came, was wrong. One we got our food, it was excellent, like always. The service, however, spoiled the experience"
