While in Seatle, we stumbled into Jibe Espresso Bar at Shilshole Bay Marina. We went in for a late lunch/early dinner and everything about it was fantastic. We met the owners, Eric Teresa who let us sample their incredible homemade soups. We decided upon the Vegetarian Chili, Split Pea and Chicken Coconut Curry soups along with a grilled cheese on sourdough bread. We also had a cold beer and then took in the scenery...
