I had heard of La Parroquia before even arriving at Veracruz. Really good restaurant that reminded of Brazilian Bakeries, where you can sit, have a coffee and eat. Always crowded, but it's a huge place so you won't wait for too long. Great food ! And you gotta try the traditional Coffee and Milk (knocking your spoon in the glass to call for more coffee).
