Don’t sell on “too good to go” if you won’t be having enough food. You don’t tell customers that there’s no food after I drove a long way at night to pick up my reserved order — “reserved” means there must be food! And think you can just give me an arbitrary refund to let me go. People with this condescending attitude shouldn’t be running any business.
