"Good option for a casual meal with a variety of menu items. Pizza is consistently good and better quality than many other of the standard franchise brands. Service was good - seated upon arrival, server greeted us within minutes at the table and was attentive during the meal. Nothing really stands out as exceptional, but will be back."

"Igi would've received a 5 out of 5 (excellent service, great theme, and good food) but we had asked if they use MSG and we're told "only a small amount in the beef marinade". My wife woke up 9 hrs later with severe vomiting/diarrhea as she is allergic to LARGE AMOUNTS OF MSG. Clearly, there is more than the staff/manager had told us. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE AN MSG ALLERGY!!"

"My son and I came here for supper. We are not sushi connoisseurs and we were pleased. The seating is upstairs, the service was attentive. We started with miso soup and then ordered a boat asking the waitress to surprise us (we didn't know what...to order! It was great and we both enjoyed it. The sashimi was cold and fresh and the other sushi was flavourful and good. We'll be back. We used a coupon too, so got 20% off."

"Service was slow for a Sunday but I think it was because they were understaffed. Typical Chinese restaurant decor and setting but clean. Waitress was nice and helpful. We ordered the curry chicken and and garlic pork with fire rice. Both were delicious! Food was great and portions were perfect. Would go again"

"We had arranged to meet a couple for lunch. But because our plane was delayed the restaurant we planned to go to was closed when we finally arrived at 3 pm. So we had to look for another restaurant to meet and have lunch. This place is on the second floor and they were open for customers even at 3 pm. We had the whole place to ourselves. We can have a peaceful and quiet time with friends to catch up on our friendship. If talking about dim sum, it was very so so. For time convenience that's the place. Happy Travelling!"

"2 Bytes… TASTE. Pork, Shrimp Vegetable Soup, Gai Lan, Lobster Roll, Pork Dumplings Singaporean Noodles. TALK. We were both craving an authentic Dim Sum experience and adventured over to Winnipeg’s Chinatown, just a short walk from the financial district. Sam Po didn’t disappoint with efficient and prompt service and traditional Chinese dishes. We definitely over ordered for 2 people, but agreed it’s one of the best parts of the Dim Sum experience trying ALL of the things! Highlights were the delicate Singaporean noodles with salty fish sauce, the Pork Dumplings drizzled with pink vinegar and tender crisp Gai Lan greens balanced by the oyster sauce’s sweet glaze. Drink pairings brought back memories for both of us B reminisced of his days in China, sipping Tsing Tao while I was reminded of days in Toronto’s Chinatown dining Dim Sum on Sunday afternoons with friends, sipping diet Coke!"

"I'm not why it has taken me so long to review this gem. My family loves this place so much that we would visit at least twice a week and we have become friends with the owners. Not much to say but go!!! The food is served hot and fast. Happy hours make it easier to go more often. If it's not open Sam po right across the street is owned and operated by the same family. They also have happy hours. Enjoy!!!"

"I had a chicken pesto sandwich - it was prepared ahead of time and sitting in the display case. Unfortunately, although they warmed it up, it was still cold inside, and therefore did not seem very fresh.I had a mango smoothie and it was OK."
