"They often went to this place of Boynton Beach. I came tired looking for their Spanish style, delicious chicken, black beans rice. To my shame, I only found a worker who took orders. I thought certainly if managers see (order) line working with a cashier alone, would be sent a worker. No, even if it was the hour."

"For year I gave Pollo Tropical 5 stars, but today I changed my opinion. Yesterday we asked for a carry out. The lid of the black beans container wasn´t correctly closed, so we losed half of the beans. The Crispy Chicken was burned. Wonder if they only had one kind of sauces, because we asked that´s what we got. I´ll be back maybe next year to see if they improved the service. I´m sorry."

"Eating is okay. Sometimes under boiled sometimes too dry other times just right. It really depends on whether you're lucky. But does not matter when you come the staff is rude and lazy. I was once said, if I ask for an additional utensils that I can't help you, I'm too busy. Other time when I picked up my order, I asked for my drink and the waitress told me she can't do that the drinks are picked up at the checkout, what happens to be 3 feet left. Instead, I had to go past people waiting in the line for the cashiers and ask for the drink again, while everyone looked at me as I am in the line. I was here a few times because the other places are too far, but honestly, if you want the typical great experience you get at other Pollo Tropical locations, then don't come here. Looks like the manager's trying. He's always nice, but the employees are terrible."

"Not worth $20! thigh is thin, charred. drumstick dry diminutive, 3 small sorry strips of churrasco, and rice barely bigger than the sauce container, the protein as well! Waste of $20, would dispose if I wasnt on the clock!"

"If I could give this place no stars I would , this place is horrible went and ordered my food through the drive thru they forgot to give me my soda and my large yuca , I went back and tried going inside to pick up my missing items turns out it’s closed at this time it’s 10:10pm more or less when I look on the website it states they close at 10:30pm…. I went back on the drive thru line with about 7 cars ahead of me in which I waited for them to tell me at the window the yuca they have is burnt If by any chance I wanted something else I then said I would like fries , the gentleman at the window went to the back to make the fries , he then comes back to tell me the fries are burnt and he can’t re make them because they are about to close. The cashier then asked me if I wanted a refund I told him yes , he then leaves to get the manager and comes back to tell me the manager can make the yuca frita if I wait , at this point the food that I ordered is cold and I stated I wanted a refund , he proceeded to get the manager and I told the manager I should get a full refund he stated that he will not give me a refund because he cannot do that he gave me back 5. At this time every other pollo tropical was closed due to me wasting my time with this pollo tropical , I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO COME TO THIS POLLO TROPICAL"

"The food was very good and priced good also The Pork over tostones was amaxing and so is the 1/2 chicken with vegetable yellow rice. They have a seasonal coconut eggnog pie or cake coquito and its rich but real yummy also. The guava BBQ sauce is delish as well as their cilantro garlic dressing and other sides. Service was friendly and everyone was hard at work."
