"Only five stars because of one employee. we got there early and had to wait for the fryer to heat up, and he gave us extra donuts. Thank you! also one lady that works there seemed very reluctant to give me some chocolate chips on my donut. but the donuts i got from the other employee made up for it. Thank you!"

"My wife and I used to regularly buy dozens of donuts from Donut King in Winter Park, FL when we lived in the area. We moved to Ocala a few years ago and were disappointed that no good donut shops were located in Ocala. A few weeks ago we had some banking to take care of at our credit union in Leesburg and got into a discussion about good donut shops. I googled Best donut shops in the area as we were driving through Leesburg on our way home up came Donut King Leesburg . We were curious about whether this was the same owner. It turns out that it was the first original one! We bought a dozen and they were truly great tasting as the ones we were used to in Winter Park. We are truly happy that we found our awesome donut shop again, granted not in Ocala, but less than an hour, worth the drive!"
