Location, location, location…. On an extremely busy road so it’s difficult if you have to cross the road. Variety is exceptional, donuts are really good per my husband). I didn’t see the maple bacon or would have purchased it, could be because the older lady was very impatient and I felt I had to make a quick decision, the younger lady was excellent, nice and friendly. Horrible customer service. I ordered 62 dollars worth of donuts from their web site on Saturday July 29th for Sunday July 30 to pick up. The Leesburg store staff sent me away saying they would be delivered I never received them, I am still waiting for my money back. I've called and emailed no response.
