"*deep sigh* I came for a bday dinner and was able to catch the happy hour. My crab cakes and drinks at the bar were delicious, shout out to the bartender but the night took a turn for the worst when we arrived to the table. One of the ladies in our party ordered the lobster Mac and the Guava daiquiri before the rest of us because she had a flight to catch. It had been over 30 minutes and none of our food nor the Guava drink has come out. Mind you it’s a Thursday evening of maybe 3 other tables. I asked for the manager but for whatever reason the Chef came to our table, I told him how long we’ve been waiting for our food and drink and he said “oh the food is coming right now” no apology nor explanation. Our food begins to arrive ironically as he’s at our table and I was disappointed. I ordered the Salmon with shrimp, mash potatoes, and asparagus because our waiter recommended I add more to the salmon dish because it’s very simple. Even though I was fine with simple and not that hungry BUT I assumed the addition would really set the dish off, it did not. My meal was very mid, the only thing that was good was the garlic sauce. The shrimp were soo tiny, I thought I must be at Timmy Chans! My asparagus was cold and burnt! Not charred. Everyone else didn’t really care for their food (multiple lobster macs, salad, tempura, shrimp scampi) either. I tried the lobster mac and was not moved at all. We chose this restaurant because it’s the bday persons favorite restaurant and she even said she was disappointed and it’s usually not like this.I spoke to the manger, Frank about our experience privately and he made excuses and continued to gas light me. Saying things like “the salmon is a simple dish, and the shrimp we use for that dish is small and our waiter has 14 years of experience”. Like sir I’m telling you our experience has been very disappointing and not good! No apology at all. Terrible customer service!I may give their happy hour another chance but that’s it. This place may have steak house prices and aesthetics but it is no Steak48, Trulucks, Maestros, hell not even a Ruth Chris! I’ve received better service at a Cheddars! Save your money and go somewhere else.Mind you our bill was well over $600!"

"Phenomenal service, food and environment. Steven, one of the hosts, was amazing! More places need a Steven on their crew. He knew it was our first time there and came by several times to make sure we were happy. The drinks were made right. The steaks were cooked perfectly. The desserts are made in house and were delicious. We will definitely be back."

"Went here for dinner to celebrate my birthday with friends. They were really great at accomplishing a large group of 11. Service was a little bit slow, but that is okay since there was so many of us. Everyone really enjoyed their food and drinks. I ordered the king crab and creamed corn, both were very delicious. The sangrias were also a hit if you like sweet drinks. Just be aware that cake cutting is $5 PER SLICE. yikes. At least they gave me the slice with my name on it."
