I paid extra for all drums and I get two with this second order, if you're going to charge all flats or all drums, that customer should get all flats or all drums regardless of whether it's a delivery or not. I also didn't get any dipping sauce both times."

"I came in with low expectation, after hearing from a friend that this wasn’t the spot for good wings. I can with my girlfriend as a part of our date… her treat. We got liquid gold and sweet samurai on boneless wings and sat down. Our order came way sooner than the 15 mins they were expected. When I tried them, I kid you not this place easily became my new favorite place to eat. They were crunchy, hot and sweet with honey mustard glazed bbq sauce. As we ate them we expressed to the workers how amazing they were, they let us try samples of 3 different flavors, and even a (secret) one. By far the best staff ever. I highly enjoyed coming here and this made my date even better."

"They never have a delivery driver with base access and when you call to ask if they do, they give you attitude. I have placed orders with them before knowing they didn't have base access and they always call right when the estimated delivery time is when I have already been waiting over an hour. It would be nice if they had called to say they did not have base access so I could know early instead of waiting over an hour just for them to tell me they can't bring my food. They have also forgotten to give me my half gallon sweet tea several times I have ordered it or order has arrived incomplete."

"Terrible service. They took my order and gave me the wrong items. Had to repeat myself at least 3 times to the lady at the front. She didn't seem sober or lucid enough to understand what I was saying. Only found out I got the wrong items in order by the time I opened everything up at home, and when I called, the same lady that was at the front tried to evade responsibility by blaming it on the people in the kitchen who packaged it. I feel as though orders should be double checked by the people in the front, but when I asked for a refund, she said they couldn't issue a refund for their own mistake. Only a verbal $5 discount via phone was offered for the next order. Will never come back so you can keep you wrong orders and trifling fake discounts."
