"Great Chinese in the heart of Scotch Plains. The ingredients were the freshest I had in Chinese cuisine in a very long time. The hot and acid soup was not as sharp as I prefer, but had a wonderful texture as a base. I ordered the shrimp with the Aubergine Szechuan style. Apart from adding some of their homemade hot mustard, the dish was excellent. I'll try some dishes again!"
