"Good experience. Friendly and fairly fast service. Store is super tight and small for dine in. Wing was very good. We order baked rolls and it was cold and old, we had to put them all in trash can. Store was not very clean and restroom was locked. I wish to see customer wearing mask. But still good experience for wings stop."

"This is the worst wingstop ever, I once came and ordered six spicy wings for myself, the cashiers are very rude and not friendly, I waited an hour and they gave me the threads of the wings, they gave me parmesan, it's terrible!"

"I ordered delivery and 2 items were missing. If they didn't have something then a phone call would be decent customer service. Instead door dash delivered I didn't order through them I ordered from Wing Stop website) so I couldn't complain to them. Itried calling the store over 20 times in 2 hours. No answer. So they are ripping me off. I expect at least a refund for thestuff not delivered. How do you stay in business not answering your phone? Horrible."

"Placed an order online and ran errands then went to pick up the food. They had me wait another 20 minutes on top of the 30 mins it took me to get there. 50 minutes later the lady offers me an extra dipping sauce for the wait. Told her it wasn’t needed. Be prepared to wait a long time. Even you show up and place on order be prepared to wait even longer"

"Placed an order online said it would be 45-50 minutes, didn’t mind waiting. Went to pick up at 50 minute mark, they said it would another 5 which was no problem. Then I go back in after 5 minutes and get told we’re waiting on fries. I wait inside and a few minutes later they give me my food I go to my car and make sure it’s all there. And there’s no fries?!? Lol idk what’s up with staff but felt like they couldn’t careless about the business. Being a small business owners, customer service is key even if you’re running behind. None the less I got my fries and when I got home I checked my food and my 10pc corn was only a 5 pc. So I called and let them know they said I could go back and get it today or come back another day. I just wish employees would focus on giving the orders out correctly cause it’s better to stop and check for an extra 30 seconds than to make a customer drive 10-15 minutes to get the food they paid for."
