"Came to this morning. had to be my self for lack of personnel. Ashley was our server and did everything in their reach to take care of their section and ran back and forth between registers, exo and tables. Note many tables dirty by guest who had already eaten and left. I had to delete my own table. After sitting there for a while, I finally saw two ladies who started cleaning dirty dishes from tables?. A server is stranded from the rest, Naely commanded the Exo line while taking care of tables and running food. Ahmed, who seems to be the Mgr on the floor does not seem to support his team and instead to help jump seemed lost and did not give much direction or support.. useless. Maybe Naely would do a better job in managing the shift. About all the food was decent to say the least, Ashley was attentive to our needs and cared for our order, although we understood what?s going? If the team had a real leader to manage the ground and knew where it was most effective, maybe a little smoother and more profitable. I don't blame a guest who would go out for long waiting. Great location. Parking place"
