"I love KFC... Those 11 herbs and spices really do it for me. Came in to grab some take-out after a hard day with a friend in the hospital, got back to the hotel only to find a couple of key items I ordered were not in the bag. I called and drove back to the store to get my missing items and the store staff were very apologetic and gracious about the whole thing and even gave me a little more for the inconvenience, without me having to ask. We all make mistakes sometimes, it's how you rectify those mistakes that really makes or breaks an experience. Well done folks, well done :"

"Decided to stop for a quick burrito on my way home from work. I was second I line and all I ordered was a burrito supreme combo with a Dr. Pepper. The car in front of me was there for almost 20 minutes, and even then they were handed a small bag...When I got to the window, I proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes and when I finally got my order, my burrito was fine, the fries supreme was cold, and no fork in the bag. And my Dr. Pepper was a Pepsi. So I waited almost 25 minutes for half my order either wrong or cold and no utensils to eat it.Not stopping here again any time soon."

"Seriously I suggest they close this s and stop ruining the kfc reputation. They give you the coldest and most disgusting chicken out of every kfc i’ve been to. The staff always gives attitude and ignore the customers. Also makes me sick ? when they put their music out loud like it’s a restaurant not a n club. Workers Should get a better training before they start serving. Not coming to this kfc again"

"I love this engraving. The poutine is great. The chicken is always the best. Unfortunately, their hours seem very sporadic and to live outside the city, you never know if they will be open. Written hours on Google or Siri do not correspond to actual hours, so it is always a gamble. Luckily there is a Wendys next door to take my money and also quite spaghalous."

"Looking forward to the green coleslaw (changed.. could buy it anywhere) .. fries sucked .. what happened the the new and improved fries on all their ads .. chicken was not by any means crispy .. more of a soggy coating and gravy is tasteless. What happened to the Kentucky we loved???"

"Terrible spot, I've seen kids of the workers running around in behind the counter and playing with the pop machine in here. Food is always bad, service is usually bad. There is one guy there that is good. I may need to get my mental capabilities tested because for whatever reason I continue to go back. Probably just reminiscing on what use to be. Not anymore this place is garbage. I'm done."
