"Had the loveliest of times this evening. Had already eaten at home and wanted to go somewhere for a drink and snack, this was the perfect place. From the initial enquiry phone call, which was answered by Nicolina, we just knew it would be fabulous. Nicolina was very welcoming and knew her stuff. When we arrived we were able to select our table and were given time time to order. We ordered the mixed board and two glasses of wine, it was all delicious. We truly had a wonderful time and Nicolina and Georgie were the best hostesses; thank you. We will definitely visit again very soon"

"Attempted to get breakfast at 10am. Restaurant pretty empty three tables full out of about 40. Was asked ‘have you got a booking?’ Answer was no. We just felt like having breakfast. ‘Sorry we are only serving bookings because of delivery problems’. Extraordinary. So...we went online and in 23 minutes’ time there are 15 slots available for ‘booking’. This is absolutely crazy. The truth of the matter is there are two staff serving and they have absolutely no incentive to encourage trade. They’re paid the same if they are busy or quiet. So they are unable to do anything at all but if you waited 23 minutes and booked online you could have your pick of 15 empty tables. This is utter madness. Center Parcs are good, but the food offerings are woeful."

"The restaurant is based in a nice setting of a large country house. That's where the glamour ends. The restaurant is rather sterile and there is no ambient lighting so very bright in there. It charges premium pricing but the food is OK and not worth the extra cost. We were charged for drinks we didn't have, Asked for small glass of wine and was given a large one so the server didn't listen. Asked for medium well steak and got rare. However, other than that the service was pretty good. Wasn't offered tap water and charged £4.99 for a bottle of still water and then noticed other people had jugs of water without cost again another way of bumping up the bill!"
