"Classico Moderno is a small, authentic Italian restaurant with friendly service and a chef passionate for authentic Italian food. <br>

The Fichi e Gorgonzola was an amazing entree! The combination of fresh fig, creamy Gorgonzola and salty-tart balsamic glaze all worked perfectly together on some super fresh bread. <br>

One of their main dishes is Passatelli alle vongole. Classico Moderno make their passatelli in-house and to order. The pasta itself is very unique in texture and flavour, and I found the pippies super fresh and salty. It takes a few bites to become familiar with this kind of pasta, but once I was - I was hooked. It is definitely worth a try!<br>

I also managed to try their Cioccolatissimo which is a chocolate brownie hidden underneath a bed of fresh cream. The brownie had a soft centre yet a crisp outer layer - pairing that with the fresh cream made for a delectable end to our meal.<br>

I've visited this restaurant twice over the last year and feel this restaurant is a great place to go for a mid-week date night for a quiet and satisfying meal. <br>

"Small menu but great food. The pizza was great. I got the squid ink pasta, it was slightly salty but definitely interesting. Wouldn't recommend that dish if you are on a date. It won't be a pretty dish to eat."

"Good busy pizza joint in a cool little plaza off the Main Street. We are a family of 4 and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 margaritas and 2 calzones. Cooked in a genuine Naples style and served by friendly attentive staff. It is not as good as somewhere like 'sorbillo' in Naples but where is! Check it out. There are also good bars nearby."

"We made a booking here, I'm not sure why they take bookings if they don't have a staff member to seat guests when they walk in. So we stood awkwardly at the door/bar for a few minutes until the bartender approached us for a drink order. We eventually got seated towards the back of the restaurant, it's only a small place so you're either at the front by the door and bar or the back near the kitchen where staff are constantly coming in and out. <br>
They light a tea light candle for each table which is a nice touch. <br>
We order a couple of cocktails, 1 came in about 10 minutes the other about 25 (after our entree which was ordered after the drinks). They weren't bad cocktails at all. We ordered the truffle fries for entree and they were great, our mains came while we were still eating our entree which was strange but we were so hungry we didn't overly mind. Mains were the Demario pizza and the slow cooked lamb pasta. Both were generous serves and tasted delicious! <br>
We ordered another round of cocktails which came a lot quicker and dessert- a chocolate brownie w espresso ice cream and the passion fruit meringue. Again both delicious. Overall good food, service was good but it looks like they need more staff to ensure customers are well looked after. I'd definitely recommend."
