"Popped in for breakfast. Good service, nice porridge but the concept of the overall menu is frustrating. To offer a full cooked breakfast for £2 more than the continental (but including the full continental) indicates that the continental is more popular, but dramatically over priced."

"My wife and I had the vegan pizza with gluten-free basic, gluten-free peroni, sorbet and carrot cake each oh and the broccolini. everything in all was quite good eating. as with most chain restaurants, the only big farewell was the hire of the staff, our waitress seemed like she hadn't been interested in all these ruined my eating experience each time."

"Little bit of mixed feelings. We went with my parents to celebrate our wedding an anniversary after reading so many good reviews. We ordered drinks at the bar... eventually as the waitresses seemed short staffed and were running between the bar and restaurant (although to their credit they all acknowledged us and said they would be back promptly . My husband and I ordered Zombie cocktails. Alex either couldn't or didn't know how so called over Zudha (sorry if I spelt name wrong! It took a further 15minutes to get our drinks as she was making them from a recipe file and later admitted it was her first time making them. Whilst this in itself isn't a problem as the drinks were lovely and strong, why offer cocktails if you don't have a dedicated bar staff?? Once in the very pleasant restaurant area, the food was divine, arrived in good time and not one of the 4 of us could find fault. Simply stunning steaks and cooked as required!!! So often in other places, you order medium rare and get fully rare or fully medium! To get these amazing cuts of meat was a true highlight! We had the Luis Phillipe Caub. Sauv and this was served at perfect temperature!!! Yay! The girls were pleasant and attentive. The casino aspect doesn't impact on the restaurant in terms of noise, if anything it gives a different atmosphere to your meal. We loved it and will be back!"

"This pub has been transformed, the food is amazing we had sea bass, lamb which was mouth watering, and my son had a large burger. We will definitely return and look forward to the pizzas in the new garden bar. We were also informed that they will be doing live music. Well done."

"From beginning to end. we received the highest degree of service and eat in a fabulous safe environment. a return for my parents, but my first time .. and it surpassed my expectations by far! the personal was informatiw and so friendly. from the surrounding greetings was clear that many of the customers return customers and nino and his personal would take the time to deal with them. a good sign of extraordinary foods was the fact that I enjoyed myself immensely and still food envy the 3 other meals we had at our table. they will not be disappointed, but may be pampered by the incredible taste and quality. in addition is nino jr. went out of his way to maintain the charismatic Italian atmosphere while offering a safe environment during the pandemic. take the time to choose screens that do not distract from the device, but a safe place to eat. we will come back next time in pangbourne! thanks for a nice night!"

"We popped in to this restaurant on a Friday and had a very poor experience in there. Waiting time is ridiculous! We had to wait for the food more than an hour. When we have asked the waiter where is our food, he said he was waiting for us to finish the starter than he asked the kitchen to start our food. From that time we had to wait 50 minutes for our simple pasta dishes to arrive. The presentation and garnishing is extremely poor, nearly no taste, my daughter’s pizza was possibly made of an old dough causing her a horrid tummy ache. All of us ended with mild to moderate tummy issues that afternoon! Something is wrong in the kitchen for sure. Also the tables and furniture are old, worn out, I have felt I am being in a school cafeteria. Compared to these circumstance and overall poor experience i think prices are way too high. Planning never return there for sure. Yuk yuk yuk"
