"We loved this place the first time we went there and thought the food and atmosphere were incredible. On our second visit the service was great but sadly the food didn’t quite live up to our previous trip. I think this may have been due to staff shortages and the fact the restaurant was very busy so I would still recommend giving it a try."

"Beautiful building we had an excellent dinner...we tried the deviled eggs, which had crispy bacon on them. Then my hubby had chicken wings Mac n cheese. The wings were smoky spicy. The Mac n cheese is great. My son had the brisket, perfectly smoked slow roasted...he ate it all! The only feedback I'd give is to add a dipping sauce for the fried brussels. Overall really great food service."

"One of the greatest bars in Manhattan. Great service, lovely people, great atmosphere, even greater drinks. Everything crafted by hand, and 0 pressure to drink quickly or feel like you have to be someone. Greatest gem on West 8th St. FYI. I went on a date here and then got stood up, hit I stayed because the drinks are that great. Just saying."

"I had really been looking forward to going to this bar. However, we waited over 40 minutes for a seat (there’s no way to make a reservation). The music was also so loud that it was hard to hear people right next to you. The staff wasn’t very attentive and there was miscommunication. While the drinks are good, it’s not worth being in a very tight space with so many other massless people. I probably won’t go again."
