"My sister and I came for a nice dinner after a long day. Wait time was 1 hour so we decided to sit at the bar. Service was terrible from the staff. We asked for napkins and silverware and they told us to wait for the bartender to provide us for that. The bartender was not only serving the bar- but also other tables since she was the only working double time to provide the drinks. She did amazing work with managing orders from the bar to helping and serving drinks from other tables. Team work goes a long way and I could see that she was getting little to no help. We then proceed to ask for the check and again- the hostess said we have to wait for the bartender. We felt bad with bothering her for napkins/ silverware and the check as we saw that she was extremely overloaded. But she did provide exceptional service."
