"1. Service - no dedicated server; had to hail servers from diff. areas to get attention; dishes not served in right order, e.g sweet and sour fish served first before spring rolls, Gyozo, and P. duck wrap!! There seems to be no one in charge of our table, so food brought out at random. We had to wait forever to get our bill.2. Food - Chef has not mastered the art of deep frying, I.e using right temperature... Fried shrimps with salted egg batter was not throroughly crispy; fried fish was soggy on most parts (we even asked them to separate fish from s/sour sauce). Big disappointment with P. Duck. Instead of the lettuce wrap, we had this deep fried dough pocket as the wrap for the duck meat. So very greasy, sickeningly oily,... We still prefer the lettuce wrap version in other restos.3. Bathroom - wet sinks, paper on floor; mopping pails in the corridor (they should be stored somewhere else). This is such an elegant restaurant so even the bathroom area should reflect that."

"Good value for prices in terms of sushi. Nothing spectacular necessarily, but also does all the basics well. Services is good and attentive. You can deathly find better places to eat sushi but you’re also pay much more."

"On Wednesday, August 9, my girlfriends and I had a truly delicious lunch at Play. I had the hangar Steak and braised lettuce, both of these small plates were delicious and I finished every last drop. We were seated on the 2nd floor. It's very light and airy. I loved the effect of the safron silk draped on the ceiling. What a wonderful look. I'll be back again and again."
