"We ate outside at the street tables which was awesome as you could people watch while dining. We had two wonderful dinners (chicken with pesto and cheese tortellini) and a tiramisu to finish the night. Highly recommend"

"Quality has certainly declined on all levels. Chaos in the kitchen was always part of this place but now it is worse. The food buckets aren’t clean at all and if someone cleans it they will touch the customers order with the same gloves. Maybe it is just me but I can’t stand it! The rug hand on my food... I’ll just walk... Ran out of certain meals and then forgot multiple times what I ordered. Coke has no bubbles and fill station wasn’t maintained. I do give an additional star as I have never seen an employee just standing around doing nothing."

"Requested no high top table and was seated at high top table. Received very little service from waitress. Waitress was ask for some forks and never appeared with them. Every time waitress walked and asked for something she kept saying she right back and never showed back to the table."

"We visited ann arbor and visited the knights twice during our 3 days in the city. our hotel barkeeper recommended it via chop house and webbers. we went to dinner on Sunday night and it was very busy. we sat at the bar for a table. the steaks and the staff were great. we decided to go to another institution on Tuesday night for my birthday. that was a mistake and ended at knights to finish the evening. andrew our bartender was fantastic and very welcoming. the builder mark knights reserve is one must try. we will be back on our next trip to ann arbor. I've chosen the butcher burger."
