"Pizza was so horrible. We ordered a stuffed crust and a cheese bread. Both were still doughy and tasted like yeast. The stuffed crust was bland and tasted like it never rose. The cheese bread was dry and barely had cheese. It was like bread sticks with a sliver of hard cheese. I have never been so sick from pizza before. We took a piece and threw the rest away and basically went hungry for the night after losing out appetite."

"I have to say the food is very good. You get huge portions for the price. The only draw back is if you sit too close to the stage when the singing starts. Don't get me wrong, the staff can sing, it's just very loud and very Broadway. Overall not a bad place to eat."

"Valentine's Day was awesome at Shift! It is one of our favorite restaurants and it was over the top that night! Everything is house made and we always leave saying how good it was. Valentine's Day was a Duck ham starter. We then had chef em's spaghetti and meatball. Delicious!! Next was chef joe's herb roasted pork loin on a butternut smear with homemade apple sauce. Dessert was delicious, chef Dara's chocolate cake filled with beet ganache and little meringues. Love sitting at the chef's bar!!"

"One of our favorite restaurants in Flagstaff! Love-Love-Love this place! It never disappoints. Alfredo-the-Dark with shrimp is my go to! Their Guaca-tony is the best appetizer! We always get one when we go to Oregano's! Their wait staff is very friendly! I highly recommend this place for amazing Italian food!"

"Took my family out for a treat and we had the best service I’ve ever received from Jessica! She was thorough and not only wrote down our order but read it over to make sure it was perfect. She gave us all of the options we could choose from and kept the breadsticks, sauces and salads coming. 5 star service! Thanks lady!!!"
