"We made our Open Table reservation, but once we arrived, there was only one occupied table. The table we had reserved however, had a nice reserved placard posted, I suppose in case the place filled up! Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Since this was our first visit, we asked for her recommendations, and received what I believe to be genuine feedback. We had the Bruschetta appetizer, which was excellent. Our entrees were spaghetti and meatballs, and chicken Parmesan respectively. The chicken Parmesan was breaded and fried (as advertised), but surprisingly very light and tasty. It was a huge portion, and the spaghetti it was served on was perfect. The meatballs in the spaghetti and meatballs were plentiful and large. Unfortunately, they lacked much character, seasoning and taste. Again however, the spaghetti was perfect, and the marinara was excellent. Apparently the Chef likes fresh Parmesan cheese, since it was plentiful on both entrees. Very good! Overall, for Springfield, Oregon, inside a Holiday Inn, I would have to say it exceeded my expectations. The prices are very reasonable, and we will definitely return to try some of the different dishes and Pizza."

"The menu is fabulous. We’re looking forward to another visit to try the pasta. We especially liked the Caprese Salad. We shared the Pork Osso Buco alla Milanese, meant to serve two. It was very a very generous serving. The polenta was a bit too cheesy ha! Never thought I’d say that. The pork shank was delicious"
