"I ate here plenty of times never had a problem until last night when they messed up my food and said I was lying told them I still had the food and he said that I could easily picked the stuff off that they put on on accident and was yelling at me very disrespectful waiting a hr for the food to be messed up told me that I should have called last night when it said they closed at 3 am so I assumed they closed at 3 am and he stayed open until 430 am I guess very unprofessional especially talking to a customer the way he did if I could have recorded the call I definitely would have than got mad because I said that how was I suppose to know that they was staying open past 3 because he was yelling at his worker to stop taking orders I do not recommend the service at all oh and I explained to him that I don’t eat bacon he told me it’s turkey bacon not regular so it shouldn’t have been a problem"

"This place is pretty cool! The service was great and the ambiance was really fun! The appetizers were awesome, especially the chilli! The pepperoni spaghetti and manicotti was incredible!! The chicken Alfredo was meh … it lacked sauce and was just average. Dessert was awesome!"

"Food was good and the server was decent. Customer service on the other hand was atrocious. I order 2 meals to go. One of the meals was missing both sides so I called the store to see if I could come get them replaced. Lady that answered said she needed to get her manager and put me on hold, I waited on hold for 21 min (and ate my entire meal) before giving up and hanging up. I understand mistakes happen but that was rude and unacceptable"

"Applebee's seems to be going downhill. The prices keep going up while the quality and service keeps going down. The service was really slow, my rice was really dry, and they got rid of the diced potatoes! It seems like every time I go there I'm disappointed about something new."
