"After my college graduation my grandmother, mother, brother, sister-in-law, son, and nieces all went there. Ranging from ages ninety all the way down to three years of age. There were flavors that we all could and did enjoy. Some people don't like to add extra toppings to their ice cream so of course that was optional. I enjoyed a strawberry cake ice cream, while my mom got a to-go cup for my grandmother with vanilla. The staff was very friendly, and allowed us to try different flavors before making a decision on what we wanted. There were quite a few people already in the store not including my family, but the staff was able to rotate and have us all served quickly and efficiently."

"11/12/21 noon-ish They were really busy with mobile orders so a few of the customers including me had to wait quite a bit, which wasn't really issue with me. The customer service was pretty good despite feeling like they were moving a bit slow. When my pizza was done I asked for light drizzle of balsamic vinegar. I don't think the girl that helped me heard me and I don't think she realizes that the balsamic vinegar will spread from the pizza's heat so unfortunately my pizza is now drowning in balsamic vinegar and trying to use napkins to soak it up unfortunately doesn't help. I just hope that someone will see this review and be more careful with balsamic vinegar now"

"I guess I Should have read all the HORRIBLE reviews on this place before going! This place has very poor management, when people that show up an hour after you and get their food before you even get your food is not right! Then when you ask the manager about it, he didn 't really seem to act like he cared. No customer service experience what so ever! He didn 't even try to help resolve the issue. We asked for our money back and he asked us to get IN LINE to get our refund! Really? We have already been there for an HOUR! NO we won 't wait! He has HORRIBLE customer service! He should not be a manager! We really respected this place when it was Out of the Park it is definitely not even close to the same experience!!"

"This place is a hidden jewel the pupusas here are incredibly delicious I also had one of their licuados to drink wow so fresh so delicious. The disadvantage is that everything takes a little long to get to the table. So be aware of this, but knowing is worth waiting. The service is great and also loved Gaby the girl helps us this day."
