"I ordered a burger and chicken nuggets. When I was making the order, I was asked if I wanted any sauces, I asked for honey mustard and ranch. When my order was ready, I checked it, and there were no sauces, I told the lady on the window, and she asked me, "Are you sure? I looked at her, and I told her there 's no sauces in this bag. She asked me for the bag back so she could see inside if there were sauces in there and to her surprise there wasn 't. I understand some people ask for a lot and when. They don 't get it, they lie, but in my case, I wasn 't lying, and I really didn 't like the way she handled the situation. She was rude and unprofessional."

"Check your drive thru order before you leave or you might be really disappointed. My order was missing items and what I did receive didn't taste fresh and seemed stale 10 minutes after pick up. The chicken nuggets were rubbery, not crisp. It was just a really disappointing meal."

"On 2 different McDonald's, the service was like day and night. The one on Miami Lakes Dr. was 100% better. And the ride through the participant should get an increase. He sold us more food than originally intended for the order. He'll be the reason I'm going back to McDonald."

"I've been going to this Mcdonalds for many years and have always had good experiences. Lines are usually not too long and go quick. Plus it's 24/7! Today I had a couple of items left out of my order, which was a first, as far as I can remember. Went back through the drive through and they gave me the items with no problem. A young guy(think he was a manager)gave me the bag of food, apologized for the missing items, and let me know he upgraded me with an extra fry for the inconvenience. I really appreciate that kind of gesture. Wish I had gotten his name to put in a good word for him. This is the best Mcdonalds in the area, I highly recommend it!"

"This morning, coming to this McDonald?s on 119 st NW 7th Avenue was a terrible choice or experience. I made an order for my two sons evenly and two of the hot chocolates were supposed to be medium. So I told the lady at the window that I ordered two medium drinks. She said that?s not what the cashier charged. She said there was nothing she can do about that order. I told her it?s not fair to me that your cashier got my order wrong may I please purchase the extra to upgrade to a medium. She said, ?No.? She said she has other customers after me she told me she has to get to the next customer. I told her it?s not fair to me that I made an order but the cashier got it wrong. I told her she should accommodate by letting me pay the extra to get a media drink for my son. She told me, ?No!? I don?t usually write negative reviews but I just didn?t like the experience that I had this morning. If any of you are parents you know how children are, when you have more than one you try to give them things evenly so they don?t feel like one is more important than the other. McDonald?s please improve your customer service because I feel like she could have done more to improve customer satisfaction."
