"Since 2019, the Italian restaurant Miera, which has long been located in the shopping street Lübecker Hüxstraße, has created a (what surprise) pasta-bistro, directly opposite its traditional house with the noodle bud, so that the most popular food of the Germans is to offer fresh and homemade. Even at this time, I did not want to leave the opportunity to make my own impression of the offer granted here and therefore gave me an early afternoon for a short return. The style of the furnishings is modern, cozy and also illuminated for my sensation. Pleasant Italian music contributes positively to the ambience. At the end of the guest room you can watch with the open kitchen when preparing the selected meal. It is even more authentic at the entrance area where the noodle machine and the place for dough processing are not only jewelry but actually used. Dried pasta and various sauces can also be bought here for domestic use. External view with entrance area. On the back is the open kitchen, right on the front, the Pasta Manufacture . The noodle machines are not just decoration here. The Lord who took care of service and food preparation made his work very friendly and quiet despite the many loads. It was also very great that he even prepared the food I had before on the map on the Internet, but that was no longer listed on the daily offer on site. In the meantime, the actual young feminine service could find out about the well-being and thus show a little more interest in the guest, as well as generally be a bit more attentive. Of course, it is equally important what the noodle specialities could offer qualitatively. The regularly changing selection fits on a sheet that I personally find much better than one too big offer (with more options for fresh ingredients / production). Nevertheless, it feels a bit ready for the taste. In addition to some antipasti and desserts, the various pasta varieties in sauces with vegetarian orientation, with fish or meat naturally play the main role. My personal appetite was most of Papardelle with Kapern-Oliven-Sugo and goat cheese I found on the online ticket as I said. The cooking degree of the pasta was optimally fulfilled for my taste. Of course, this is the most exciting thing in this dish to bring the acidity of the caper and slightly aromatized olives into good harmony with the softening fresh cheese. In my opinion this was also good enough, only the Sugo would have been more fruitful for me personally. However, the price-performance ratio at 9.5€ can still be well valued in view of the portion size. Papardelle with Kapern-Oliven-Sugo and Goat Fresh Cheese Bottom line, the Miera Pasta bud could convince me as a bistro in all areas and is therefore definitely recommended for a delicious pasta-ray."

"The old Vogtei, a beautiful historically embossed brick building ensemble, houses the nested southernly managed restaurant Fisch Meer . The most prestigious walker at this hotspot, if he could ever get one of the rare parking spaces, is thus all the more reluctant to stop this offer, which in particular also promises Scandinavian visit to pizza always goes... . The ambience is historically playful, decorated, clean and lovingly worth visiting; staff open, very friendly and appealing. Classic North German fish dishes were our goal after a recommendation and pre-order; you will find in good selection not overpriced as well as international mainstream. Binding reception and placement in the clearly visited restaurant no season and cold outside therefore we also found a parking... . Flott were the drinks picked up and at the table: King Pilsener 0,3l 3,80 , 0.4l 4,50 , well maintained wines Grauburgunder, Merlot 6,90/0,2l, 0,75l S.Pellegrino 6,90 and spirits at 3, €/2cl. We ordered: Carpaccio 12,90 € thin sliced beef fillet with parmesan. Ostsee Scholle in whole 19,90 € fried with potato salad on demand: homemade and salad supplement. Ostsee Scholle „Finkenwerder Art“ in whole 22,90 € fried with bacon cubes, potato salad and salad supplement. Dorschfilet 22,90 € fried with salt potatoes, dijon mustard sauce and salad dressing. At Finkenwerder and a cod fillet, it was no problem to change the supplement to roast potatoes at no extra cost. Amuse, bread etc. did not exist. The Carpaccio under Rucola was cotted with lemon carving, cherry tomatoes and 3 baguette slices came after a few minutes. Harmonically tasted with balsamico and spicy parmesan rasps quite suitable and tasty. The thin fillets are placed absolutely symetrically circular, in the middle a little frosty but delicate, fresh and not tasteless. Good convenience you get everywhere! The break to the main courses was felt a little too long, especially as other later tables were served before us. The fish came classically decorated as dish dishes, even though a little unloved. Salad dressing somewhat natural, partially finished marinated, but tasty. Salzkartoffeln i.O., Bratkartoffeln a bit rough but good and the potato salad probably not self-made a bit clear and nothing special. But it comes to the fish: The sollen medium-sized, fleshy, well roasted, slightly crispy and still juicy, carefully seasoned but very neat. Fresh and attractive! The slightly brighter only tenderly roasted cod because fishing ban could have been a bit crispy, but was spiced by and more harmoniously. Very satisfactorily accompanied by a well made, smooth dijon mustard sauce with light-acid sharpness. Thus, reasonably well saturated with proper food quality. However, there went or goes a bit more or Sea according to the restaurant name... overall impression nevertheless positive because suitable for mass, friendly, binding, visually appealing and affordable!"

"It seems very common that most Italian restaurants use the same masterprint on their menus because they are all too interchangeable with the same pasta, pizza and antipasti arsenal. The hotel is located directly on the Trave in Travemünde, but in September 2018, Casa Grande had given me the hope of enjoying Mediterranean cuisine in a variety of forms, only in a view of the seasonal map of the recommendations of the house. The restaurant, which extends over several levels of its own modern villa, can be called a giant compared to many rather small Trattoria. The full glazing leads to a beautiful natural illumination on the day. On the ground floor there is also a free seat. The restaurant is furnished with modern furniture and numerous wine bottle shelves are beautifully decorated. A “original Italian” flair may seem less likely to come for which the hip-hop music in the background did not exactly contribute, but it is easy to eat here anyway. The regular menu is based, of course, on the famous and usual Italian offer in Germany. But as mentioned, the special card of the House's recommendation was an interesting addition to me. I wanted to try the scallops on Red Bete-Carpaccio with truffle foam. Climbing on Red-Bete-Carpaccio with truffle foam The shells were very small specimens. Also in retail you get more powerful TK goods. In their preparation, however with beautiful roasted aromas and still glazed core, nothing was great to mecker. The truffle foam was probably made with truffle oil. Although it actually corresponded to a foam from its consistency, it had a clearly perceptible truffle aroma lacked for my taste. Also at Red Bete Carpaccio I would have tasted a somewhat more intense typical earthy taste of this vegetables. For this purpose, a Ziabatta was sufficient, which was already very strong and slightly dry. €14.9 are a home number for such an appetizer and must also be justified in view of the very clear portion size with really high product quality and taste. That wasn't exactly the case in my eyes. The staff of the service worked professionally, although something removed for my feeling. A little more cordiality and openness, as the Italians actually know, would have been desirable. In my eyes, Casa Grande does not really differ qualitatively from the standard Italians mentioned at the outset. Especially the location and ambience appear to be added at the prices."
