"Incredible food and service! We ordered take out tonight and noticed our salad was missing when we got home. My husband called to let them know and the manager, John, personally drove the salad to our house! We have never seen such outstanding service like that! We have always loved Upper Crust, but after that experience we will be going even more frequently than before!"

"Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant! I came for lunch for my first meal here and I have to say it was excellent. The dining area reminded me of something you might find at classen curve, trendy and welcoming. Don't be intimidated by the menu. There are a lot of things worth trying even if you don't know what it is. The owner and chef were on site and available to answer my questions, very friendly. Now for the food... As an appetizer we had the Thai salad. This is a wrap and a little messy but very good. It reminded me of pho soup but in a lettuce wrap, and I love pho. My guest ordered the salty pork. Again don't be intimidated, it was awesome! Imagine thinly sliced pork lightly fried to a crisp with a sweet and only slightly salty flavor. As for my dish, I couldn't decide between a few so I ordered the sampler. For $10 I got more food than I could finish! Steamed rice, spring roll, orange chicken and lemongrass beef stew. I can not begin to convey how pleased I was with all of the components of this dish. Let me begin by saying if you haven't had their lemongrass beef stew, stop what you are doing right now and go get some! This stuff is no joke. It is a bit salty, but that doesn't even matter it's so good. The orange chicken was better than any of the chain restaurants, and I've had them all. My favorite so far is the stew and salty pork which you can also get as the sampler. This place is excellent and might be one of Edmonds best kept secrets. Can't wait to go back!"

"You'll be a little confused here, so allow me to clarify. Snow Pea is not closed, but has re-branded to Pho Ben Restaurant. Ownership has not changed and you are still able to get your classic dishes you've had from Snow Pea. It seems the owner was selling more Vietnamese dishes than "Chinese". Primary dishes at Pho Ben revolve around the Vietnamese staple, Pho. The restaurant is clean,but looks a little confused right now. The owner/cook are friendly. It's very odd you order/pay at the front desk before being seated. Thankfully my group arrived there a little early before the typical lunch rush starts. I would imagine the front desk ordering/payment system that's currently setup can be a lunchtime nightmare when they're busy. As for Pho, not much of a selection. About 3-4 beef bowls and likewise for chicken...3-4 options. Service was fairly fast. They were out of Spring Rolls, so I ended up ordering 2 egg rolls as an appetizer. "Excellent place for foodies, talk to the owner/chef...... So we met mom and dad here for dinner. Mom has to have low sodium diet. I asked the front register guy (son) for nutrition guide and i got one......the owner (dad). He sat with us and asked us what we liked and what the nutrition concerns were. He pretty much ordered the food for us ....the food was awesome. Between the 5 of us we tried almost everything. My dad is a long time falafel eater....he said these were the best. I am a humus snob.....this humus and baba ganoush was stellar. We will be back. Service was the best."

"Took the family there for the first time and enjoyed it throughly. Love the idea that we were dining in a building that use to house the town's first hospital and movie theater.The food price for being a downtown restaurant that has an upscale feel to it was very reasonable. Our total before tip was $55 (two adult meals, one kids meal, an appetizer which was half price and one desert).Our appetizer the pepperoni chips with dipping sauce was delicious and was a great addition to the bread. I tried the Greg's Lasagna SupremaTheir homemade lasagna layered with Italian sausage, sauces and cheese. Very filling and delicious.Finished our meal with the coconut cream pie. Can we say wow!! Cooked perfectly and it was a wonderful way to end our meal.Definitely recommend this place for great Italian food."
