"Food was great as always had the flowers cups, chicken satay sticks chicken pad Thai. We don't come here for the service, we come for the food, but tonight the service was extremely slack. It was impossible to get the attention of stuff and had to wait around 40 minutes for our food."

"Burnt Ends were really dry (sauce was good though . My wife's meatloaf had a very bland flavor so she didn't take more than 2 bites. Daughter liked her kids cheese burger. I got a long piece of plastic in my cuban sandwich that I almost swallowed so that was fun. Waitstaff wasn't on their game at all, forgot multiple items (utensils, got the chili order wrong, never brought us the cornbread that came with our meals... yeah, not impressed. But the atmosphere was very cool and the waitress was incredibly nice. Won't be back cuz I can't justify paying those kinda prices for the experience we had along with the mediocre flavor."

"This place reminded me of Calcutta China Town! Fantastic food, ambience and perhaps the closest taste to Calcutta Hakka Chinese cuisine. The Chicken Sweet n Sour and Hakka Special Chowmein that we ordered were both so good! Will visit again for sure!"

"Sicilian Pizza Take-out. Having had a great experience with their bakery previously, we decided to bring home a pie for our Friday Night Pizza Tradition.<br/ <br/ We got the largest Sicilian cheese and an order of a dozen garlic knots. Not badly priced.<br/ <br/ The pizza was delicious and a nice change from some of our usual haunts. It made for even better 'breakfast ' the next morning! <br/ <br/ Garlic knots were packed in some oil and seasoning. They were light and fresh and the seasonings and oil were well balanced.<br/ <br/ We are looking forward to eating in soon."

"If you love Sushi, the Shinoki is the place to go. We ordered the 7 course sushi menu for $99, and it's worth it. Why? The quality of the sushi is exceptional, the variety and complexity of all tastes is well-balanced, and the decoration is also an eye catcher. My personal favourite was the fatty tuna. Sooo yummy! The whole restaurant is nice to look at, so you easily feel comfortable. The staff is quick, very polite and they explain everything. They also adapt for any allergies. Highly appreciated! Try the sake tasting plate. It fits well to the sushi. Overall, a nice experience and we will surprise some friends with this Toorak treasure. Thank you!"

"I'm so impressed with the food and the prices at Sparetime Cafe! Atmosphere is very friendly and wait time is very minimal. Fingers crossed for a bigger building! Highly Recommend!!"
