"This was a first time to this restaurant and we were pretty disappointed. First, broken AC left the restaurant quite warm and uncomfortable. Water not replenished without asking to make it less an issue. Food was just ok and for the price for a hamburger when they cut it in half without mentioning a split charge was no value. for dinner without drinks and not memorable in a good way is not a good thing, which may be why it is being sold and will change hands soon. Needs a lot of attention and we won't be back. Too many other choices nearby"

"Wedge salad is the best here! Always fresh and loaded with bacon and bleu cheese. We each also had a cup of clam chowder. It is good but not the best we have had in OC. We love this place, but it has gotten very expensive."

"Made reservation 3 weeks in advance and explained it was a special occasion. Taken to the upstairs room and felt isolated from everyone else. Service was great, but my $90 steak was a dud. Overcooked more than server promised and 3/4 of the steak was fat and gristle that was uneatable. Baked potato was undercooked and hard. I expect a lot more from a high end steak house."

"I’m a Laguna local yet I haven’t been in about a decade — but I remembered the lamb chops being delicious so I ordered them again. They were exactly as I recalled— SCRUPULOUS. I also tried the scallops and French Onion soup. I’ll be eating that soup all winter. My only recommendation is the space needs a little TLC: New floors, romantic lighting (in the back half of the restaurant) and a freshen up on the restrooms would make this place a hot spot for date night again. Overall, I love it and will be back ASAP."

"Super friendly and timely service. A good selection of food. They changed it up every weekend. It’s great to get a good variety. But we also miss some of our favorite from the previous week. This place gets busy on weekends. But it’s big enough that we can always get a table when we arrived."
