"A waiter was filling up water constantly without being disruptive. Friendly staff with food suggestions. All staff very welcoming and greet you when you come in and when you leave the restaurant. They push in your chairs for the lady every time. Bathrooms very clean. We were given a free small appetizer along with different bread and butter. We were also given a free chocolates for dessert. All the food and drinks were good except I didn't like the La Potage with the duck fois gras on top. It was too salty. There are two versions to La Potage. I would suggest getting the celery cream soup version instead which is the kind I actually wanted but I chose the wrong one. You get a nice view of the lake. They have a fresh rose on the table. Nice ambience lighting. Great presentation of food. The sorbets come on an ice sculpture. Some even light up. I had fun eating here."

"Everything was presented beautifully and cooked perfectly. I appreciated that the chef managed to blend risk taking and traditional French cuisine. The spider crab dish was a star; however, I continue thinking about the sear on the endive accompanying the scallop (and the other side...elements of that dish which managed to demonstrate a subdued balance/restraint despite numerous elements). Bravo chef. I would be curious what the place is like with Warner weather because the gem of the atmosphere appears to be the outside area in the front."

"We were taken to Le Beaulieu by LeMans residents who were proud to show off the local Michelin star restaurant. We, and our hosts, were not let down. Downstairs there is a nicely appointed café/brasserie, upstairs was all French elegance. The staff was highly trained,...attentive, but not obsequious. The owner chef was welcoming, friendly, happy, and clearly invested in his guests ' experience and in his dishes. There were a limited number of menu items, but they were very receptive to preference alterations. First, the tiny tastes , each masterful. Then there was The Egg. How does one make an egg appetizer with a touch of fois gras with 10 tastes and textures that I had never experienced before? Then lovely beef and asparagus, and decadent dessert. The others had fish, with universally positive reviews. A truly Top 10 experience!"
