"My family and I went there for lunch. This meal was a disappointing experience. Usually I can count on excellence and was surprised at how many mistakes were made. First off, we were there for lunch and the hostess didn't give us the lunch menus when we were seated. We didn't even think about it until our server asked us if we would like them. We were grateful for her recommendation. The biggest impact to us as diners is that my daughter needs to eat gluten-free for medical reasons and the plate that was placed in front of her was cross contaminated. Our plates had been not only switched, but the wrong salads were on the plates. It was quite confusing. First of all, the wrong plate was placed in front of her, in which we didn't know until we started eating since her and I had similar dishes, but with different sauces (hers obviously gluten-free) and we had the right salads in front of us. To follow, her salad was ordered without croutons, and there was croutons in it. One good thing is that we never had to ask our server for a refill on beverages, she was on top of that. Overall, if you are a gluten-free diner beware when dining there before you take a bite in the event your plate comes out wrong. The manager (we assume) was very gracious and replaced the salad right away, she even went to get her book with a list of ingredients in the Caesar salad dressing (as I was wondering) to ensure that it was safe for my child to consume. I was surprised not to receive a discount for the inconvenience, but instead we received a poor apology from the waitress as she blamed the kitchen staff for the mixed up plates."

"Been enjoying this restaurant since 1986, the dinner menu is still what you can expect, have enjoyed many lunches so definitely recommend as long as your budget can be stretched. For dinner I always have the Prime Rib, after all it's the name"

"We ordered the flaming cheese for an appetizer and then I ordered the lamb soulvaki and my daughter ordered the chicken. Everything tasted great, thr flaming cheese was a bit over priced. Portions were a bit small for the $26 per entrée I felt."

"My wife and I plus friends have been celebrating New Years Eve by fine dining at Alexadria's for over 7 years now. You can keep the noise makers and all the drinking. Mohammed (owner/ Chef) has a way of making you feel like royalty. .. And his Dishes are to die for. Do I have my favorites. ... Yes. But all his dishes are exceptional and the only reason one starter is my favorite is because Mohammed is the only one who prepares it....You can't get this starter anywhere else. What is it you may say. Not telling. That way I know it will always be there when I ask for it. LOL....Tru them all maybe you will be able to figure it out."

"Service was fantastic, very welcoming, this place has great food and great service. I didnt get to take a picture of my main plate but I got the dessert which was a great way to finish. I'll do another review because I absolutely will be going back. Easy 5 stars."

"We have not been to East Side Mario’s in years and since we were travelling through we decided to stop. The service was unfortunately terrible. My husband and I ordered the unlimited soup, salad and bread and we barely got one serving of each. All the meals were so slow and the refills and drinks were hard to come by. Very disappointed with our meal. Thank you"
