"We loved our meals at l’escale à corto in dinard. the food was excellent, from the offered amuse-bouche to the desserts. for the main course were our highlights of the filet de boeuf and the suggestion of the chef of the day who was paired a fish. with lamm ris. the presentation of everything we ate was beautiful, in harmony with what they would expect from every top restaurant. also the desserts were excellent – our favorite was the textures you chocolat, but all four we ordered were delicious. the only thing that could be improved was the service that was sometimes somewhat patchy; for example, we had to remind them twice before we got our carafe of water. but this is quite normal for the region, and it was not to disturb us."
