"OMG I don't know why they had that awfully loud music on and please don't get me twisted I love music all kinds but when you can't hear what each other is sayin come on. The little wanta be man boy was rude . I don't believe he wanted to be there as well as the older lady that was on break when we came in. She got up and made it to the counter and looked at us ugh I spoke up and said does that mean you want to take our order? Ok she speaks up. So a brown bag later we got our slope ol boy wow. So sad idk what happened to that place but let it UN happen. Sorry for so much negative words but when you don't even try this is what you get. Ty"

"This mcdonald’s was really disappointing today. I went an ordered 2 mcchickens and received only one after my number was blown up in the restaurant as if my order was ready. also that a sandwich I received, although I was paid for 2, was made wrong. I tried to contact the restaurant to clarify this matter, but no one answered. I boycott this facility as well as mcdonald’s for one because nobody liked it."

"This McDonald's is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in Louisville. They never ever get any orders correct. I cannot recall a time that my whole order was completely correct. I am not exaggerating either. The workers are lazy extremely rude. Everytime I go in there most of the workers are playing on their phones or they are horsing around with each other and not paying attention. This whole establishment needs a complete overhaul with all new crew members who actually want to work. Take my word for it, do not stop here to eat. Go elsewhere. You'll be glad you did."

"My 8 yo daughter and I likely got food poisoning from the ice machine. It's the only common denominator, and I noticed something was off about the machine when I got our sodas. The ice was very melty, likely growing all sorts of gross things inside. We ate here yesterday while traveling thru town. Service was terrible and they forgot a couple things, but I caught it before leaving. I told my husband before we started eating that I had a feeling someone was going to get sick from the meal. I don't always need to be right...."
