"Iluminado y con bonita vista al parque, el restaurante tiene un acogedor ambiente que te ubica en España. El trato de los meseros fue muy cordial y el lugar muy limpio. Las carta tiene una buena variedad de comida ibérica como Paella, cochinillo, callos a la madrileña, rabo de toro, etc. La tortilla y las albóndigas están tan buenas que también los contraté para un evento en mi casa. En fin dos orejas y rabo para la Casa de España"

"Tried La Penela Bogotá after being in his sister restaurant in Madrid. Had an excellent empanada gallega (only place I know in Colombia where they serve it) and an excellent mero (groups) for the main course. The Filloas (Galician crêpes) for Dessert were also very good. I recommend this restaurant and will soon return with my fiancée."

"Terrible food. One of the worst paella I have had. No flavor and bad assortment of fish. Service was mediocre, had to ask for drinks and water. Very pricey for the quality."
