"The hostess was stony faced and very businesslike, not a friendly greeting at all, the bartender/server was terrific, very friendly and efficient, and served us quickly, although didn't really offer much in terms of recommendations or info about the menu. The entrees that we ordered were good, but not great my duck breast was pretty chewy and flavorless, as was the scalloped potato side dish that was served with it. Sea bass was quite dry."

"I think the main problem with thirsty palms is they cannot decide what they are! Although we didn't have it, the pizza's looked good. The chicken schnitzel was bland and dry. The service was very good."

"So I cannot comment on the customer service for this location due to the fact that I had lunch with an employee that was off duty. So I obviously got treated differently than I would have been, if I had visited as a normal Patron. The employees commented on the fact that we just missed a super busy lunch rush. The place wasn't messy but it was more so used. See attached pics below. Great suggestion for you all, if you're going to stack your pizza high you should ask them to double fire it for you. Otherwise the dough may come out slightly raw. They also have a great selection of beverages. Rated four stars because I've had better Pizza. The whole concept of building your own pizza is the reason I would return to blaze."

"I ordered from here last night and I didn't enjoy the food very much. The pizza was undercooked and sloppy but in addition, it tasted like someone spilt an entire salt shaker on top. The romaine in the Caesar had some red marking, indicating that it wasn't fresh, and they provided very limited dressing so it was nearly dry. The meatballs were poor consistency. They seemed to be all pork and the quality was low, whatever the case, they were not my ideal meatballs and I couldn't eat them, they went in the trash... The sauce was pretty good, that was the only saving grace. I think those three simple items are a fair indication of a Italian restaurant's quality, and for each one to fall short, tells the story. The pizza options are really strange. I ended up getting the four cheese to be on the safe side, but to my surprise, the cheese pie was bad... Apparently, the fourth cheese is straight salt."
