"Shrimp appetizer was a disappointment. Pizza was soggy. Truffle fries were excellent. Service was great. Food was not. My husband and I enjoyed happy hour and brunch and I was excited to bring my daughter here for dinner. It was okay but lots of room for improvement."

"LOVED our visit to Batson River – older Millennials caution, as with the middle of the 90s you can play early Noughties Playlist (Denke Matchbox 20 and Train , local craftsmen with the most beautiful unique pairings (Lavendel in a Whisky Sauer?! and extraordinary food. We were extremely impressed by the service, the taste explosions in food (e.g. candied lemon peel with beard on wood-fired asparagus and the kindness and attention of the staff. We are appalled that we were unable to have several meals here and will come back absolutely. Definitely worth a visit if you are somewhere close – and are intended to put Kennebunk on the map even more. Beautiful moods and local feelings also in the restaurant."

"In a word, Phenominal! Came to Kennebunkport with my wife for 26th Anniversary and ate here for our final night of 2. So glad we did. I believe we met most of the staff who were each and every one incredible. We met so many, because our server was so busy, yet they refused to let us go neglected and had many come and insure we were seen to. The food was just as amazing as the attentivbe staff. When our outdoor seating became a bit chilly at our meals end, they found us accomodations in doors. It's places like this that make us say, we shall definately return often to Kennebunkport."

"A cozy little brewery/distillery. The food drink menu may be minimal, but the flavor is certainly not. The drinks are mixed well by knowledgeable bartenders. However, the food was the show-stopper. Order the duck fat cornbread. Just do it. We ordered a variety of apps, and every single one was delicious. We visited in the off-season, but they still delivered great service and quality. Outside are 5-6 little private ice fishing huts, where you can sit with a group of 4-6 people for an extra hourly rate. I will definitely visit again in the summer."
