"Located on Kapuzinerstrasse in what could be the Isarvorstadt or Dreimuhlen neighbourhoods in Munich, this family-owned trattoria is a treat for Italian food lovers. The place is small, clean, painted in white and with some tall tables. The food is simply fantastic: pasta is delicious,...salads and pizza are also very good, but the desserts are out of this world. I may still remember how good the authentic Tiramisu was. Service is extremely fast and kind. Therefore, I must recommend this restaurant heartily. One last piece of information: there are beautiful b&w pictures hanging in the walls. In one of them, there is a girl carrying a basquet. This young girl is the woman who owns and commands the place."

"Seit Jahren kommen wir immer wieder in Blues - es ist für uns einfach das nächste für Cocktails oder einen kleinen Absacker.Draußen sitzen möchten wir nicht, da es uns dafür einfach zu laut vom vielen Verkehr ist, da das Blue an der Kreuzung zweier großer Straßen liegt.Die Cocktails waren immer gut und auch die Kleinigkeiten, die wir ab und zu mal zu essen hatten, ließen uns nie meckern.Der Kaiserschmarren ist fantastisch!Immer wieder gerne!"

"Outside, a classic Munich beer garden, on the grounds of Schloss Fürstenried, with a beautiful park all around. Inside, two elegant rooms. For those with kids, a pretty nice play area. The restaurant was a tip from a friend; we don't live in Munich, and it's fairly far from city center. But it was easy to reach on our way to Autobahn A8 towards Stuttgart. I've only been to the restaurant part--once inside, once outside. The beer garden, we've been assured by our friends, has some of the best beer garden staples, all made right on the premises. The restaurant is not particularly expensive (main courses were AFAIR between 12 and 20 Euro), but the quality of the food is excellent. On one of my visits, I had some of the best lamb I've had recently. On another, I had a truly excellent steak (which is not exactly typical of Germany). Other members of our group had calf liver, asparagus with pork medallions, duck--and everybody said it was excellent. They have a good selection of draft beer; there's also a rather extensive wine menu, but we didn't try any."

"We booked here for people including kids. On arrival there was no table assigned to us. The heat inside the premises was as noted on my phone. NO AIR CON. The drinks were fine but the food. The food was bog standard....We ordered two Angus beef burgers from the specials menu. They were processed meat burgers not nice at all. My kids ordered normal burgers which were much tastier and cheaper. My mother in law ordered the chicken burger which was very poor too. Overall the food is not good. The service was deplorable. As we sat at our table the waitress made comment to our waiter in German these are looking for English menus watch out I then wanted to pay our bill of for burgers and a pizza by Visa card only to be told we only take German cards here, Cash only AVOID AVOID AVOID. I've eaten in many places around Europe and have never been refused to take a card. I didn't expect it in Munich . I recommend you try some where else."

"We were fortunate staying about block away from this delicious morsel. While eating dinner, after being accomodated, we saw about people turned away as others had made reservations. The homemade soup was classic tomato, the salad was a simple cascade of different lettuces...with a delightful vinegrette. Bread was served with a delious tuna tar-tar- - perfection. When a friend ate and complimented the flavor (knowing they hated tar-tar), they were shocked. Of course it is good! The bar attendant was a charming fellow, knowing his trade very well The servers were delightful, understanidng the need to deliver and not interrupt conversation. A classic GOOD Italian restaurant, they do grand quite nicely and exlude pretense as an art. If you wish to go, grab the phone and make a reservation. The crowd is business and casual but all appreciate of the food, and the milieu. TWo people can go for around EURO, which is reasonable given the quality."

"The Bavarian environment gives them the feeling to be home. the menu is not overloaded. Anyway, there's something you'll find. most of the time, this is almost booked locally. Eating is tastefully really good and the price-performance ratio is top. Why do I write this review? I'm disappointed by the service. the last two visits were extremely unstoppable. yesterday, my accompaniment and I sat more than an hour before our drinks. more than 30 minutes before empty glasses. actually we wanted to eat. at my complaint I got the complaining statement, the operation thought there was someone else and she just wanted to wait. what does this have to do with empty glasses? none of the two services has seen in our direction, so we could not be noticed either. I expect everyone to be regularly controlled and then asked if we want to drink it or order something. that should be done! otherwise it is highly recommended locally."
