"Serious service! our table was one of the first to sit at the first opening of the doors, but it took the server over 15 minutes before we took our drinks orders and another 30 minutes before taking our food orders. I was served the wrong drink (I was not the only one) and a third of my pizza was not only burned, but carved. eating was good, but not worth checking the tortur we had been through to get in, get in and get in."

"What, how do you serve burned food? we went before two weeks service was great;yhanks montana. I think he would be a wine or a cheese ensemble in a high-end restaurant; he's always on his own. but the food was burned over boiled and must not be thrown on the grill until they become green. fried twill soggy. none of them requires a lot of technical skills. my wife, daughter and I love this place, but lately, jw seems to cook. funny the other side of the steak had no grill marks and the steak was rare mid plus. ok, I'm not a richard, I'm a French-trained cook from the culinary institute for chicago. I worked for many years for Princess Crossing Lines before I changed career. please check the execution, especially if they are the best steakhouse in ut. I'm not sure how they won this award. I want to give you a star, but montana has treated my family so well."

"Complaint. I ate at PF Changs yesterday around 3 pm. The food was excellent but waitress wasn't we ordered the the combo for 2$39.95 that comes with an appetizer 2 main dishes and soup plus a dessert . She kept going over to another table and talking with them. we got our food late and then had to send another waiter to get her in order to get our bill. We were really full so dessert wasn't on our minds. It wasn't until way late that I realized that we didn't get our dessert. Her name was ShalayaMy name is Shelley Payne"

"OVERVIEW 5.0 Came here after visiting the Salt Lake Temple, on the day that my wife's grandmother died. LOCATION 5 The restaurant is located on the top floor of the Joseph Smith Memorial building. PRICE 5 The price is actually slightly steep to my liking, but it is bearable, if you are willing to find what's in your price range. PRODUCT/SERVICE 5 I had the meatloaf, and it was probably one of the best meatloaves I've ever had. POINTERS/PERKS 5 Ask to sit near the window for an amazing view of the Salt Lake Temple. EMPLOYEES 5 We were served by an amazing waiter, I think his name was David. After finding out the meatloaf was out for the evening, he went as far as to double check for me and hooked me up with some meatloaf that was previously sold out."
