"While visiting the Black Forest region of Germany, we were introduced to this hotel restaurant by my son who works in the area. We were fortunate enough to be in the area during Spragle (asparagus) season. The food was some of the best we had on this trip, the service was impeccable, and the overall experience was a pleasure. Charming establishment on the banks of a small stream, located in the center of the small town of Staufen. Surrounded by shops and beautiful trees. I would highly recommend this hotel restaurant to anyone in the area. We did not stay in the hotel but ate in their restaurant."
