"Best burger, fries and slaw I've had in a long time. I had the Hen Pen burger (grilled chicken, lettuce, bacon, avocado, feta) perfectly balanced, plenty of toppings and a soft bun. Will be back for sure!"

"38 espresso has a sweet but totally random dinosaur menu and a speck piccolo that has nothing to do with dinosaurs, but is definitiw random and definitely worth trying. next to the usual breakfast suspects there are a few creative dishes like the pulled pork benny on a waffel, pictured."

"Stopped at Raven and Rose Cafe (the former Kingston Grind Cafe) for lunch and it turned out to be such a lovely experience that we went back for lunch on each of the next two days. It has become our new favourite cafe. An extensive selection of all-day menu choices, great tasting meals, great coffee, very friendly and attentive staff, and a lovely garden outlook in Green Square, Kingston. All of the menu choices that we tried over the 3 days were delicious, and the cappuccinos were consistently perfect over the 3 days (10 in all). Definitely try it out - you won't be disappointed!"

"Having missed a good breakfast at a cafe for months we thought it would be nice to at last go to a cafe that we've been passing along the road but never actually visiting. Although we were initially nervous about eating in public with this COVID going on we quickly felt good once the friendly staff took our orders, delivered decent coffee and then our breakfast dishes. We were about to order a small dessert to share when our attention was drawn to a man getting stuck into the same staffer who had served us so well earlier. He was really getting stuck into her, then we saw her crying as she ran out of the restaurant through the crowd. I then caught a glance at the face of the owner/manager and saw the face of a shameless bully. We decided not to order dessert and instead left. As we walked to the car we found the staffer outside, still crying whilst talking on the phone to someone about quitting her job. When the staffer finished we talked for bit, then phoned a friend who operates another cafe/restaurant not far way. The staffer has been working ever since and we hear that things are going well there."

"I visited during the week to visit. The sun was out and the location amazing. I enjoyed the beef ragu and a glass of white wine. There are wines, gin and beers to choose from. Go and enjoy the place on a hot day."
