I was walking past beans republic. Been past many times before but never stopped in. Feeling a little peckish I decided to stop and got myself a vanilla slice. Place was busy during a weekday. Vanilla slice was French style. Reading the menu they bake a lot of pastry items in store. You could taste the freshness. Will go back for sure View all feedback.

Tried this place recently & won't be back. Service was terrible, slow, unhelpful, ended up getting our own menus, cutlery etc. once we managed to order the food took forever & my sons food came, nothing for anyone else, then my other son, later mine when I chased it up. Great coffee, recently renovated, good quality food and drink, great coffee!!! Yes I will go again just for the coffee.
A regular for my morning coffee fix on the way to work. Always quick service, great quality coffee and by the looks of things lots of food options too.
Went here for mothers day. Restaurant was full, but that's nothing unusual according to my brother. Food was OK if a little expensive, but the service was so slow.
Very disappointing service today waited 10 min to get served and still no one noticed we were waiting. Lucky Parkdale has a variety of Cafes to choose from.
